Workout of the day

Greetings everyone from sunny South Carolina. Today we will be looking to acheive max fat burn.
You will perform each group of movements three times, one movement after the other.
Each movement will be done for 40seconds, with a 20 second transition to the next.
You will get a 1minute break following each cycle of movements.

Cycle1
Bodyweight squats
Back-step lunges
Skier hops
Squat jumps
Push-up
Planks
cycle 2
Side step lunge (side to side)
Pull-up (can use assisted machine or do them on the TRX straps)
Side to side hops
Single leg bridge
Circle crunch
